Discus and support I need help with my subscription in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I need xbox support i had before 1 year of xbox gold life then i subscribed to ultimate with 1 dollar and it got like 6 month after that for ultimate...     I need xbox support i had before 1 year of xbox gold life then i subscribed to ultimate with 1 dollar and it got like 6 month after that for ultimate xbox pass then i send a massage for xbox refund it and give me back my xbox gold months and they only
    refunded me the 1 dolar so i dont have xbox ultimate or the xbox gold life months i need to talk to any xbox support

    When you subscribed you adopted a policy that clearly states: There is no returning to Live gold after upgrading to ultimate. It was cancelled. Your gold subscription.

    Sorry for your trouble, I know that is not something to be glad about. Try with support, but I don't know if that will be helpful. Please read the bottom of the page here.

    Try this:

    Log into Support.Xbox.com

    Scroll down, Click Contact Us



    Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

    Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request call from support

    I'm sorry for your issue.

    Unfortunately, the only way to stop the subscription is by accessing your account. Even if the login address is correct, it seems the password is incorrect.

    Honestly, I believe you have only two alternatives: either try contacting support again until you can establish contact, or block the charge on the payment method you have provided. When the charge fails after several attempts, the subscription will be terminated.
