    I need help with my series s


    I recently got an xbox series s for Christmas to replace my xbox one s and since I set it up I've only had issues, the seagate/xbox hardive I've had my games stored for quite a while never had problem on my one s but on the series s it told me that i can't play games from the hardrive and I need to move it into internal storage so I did and all it did was clear my entire hardrive, so when I tried re downloading all my games it keeps on just removing it from the queue entirely it has done this about 7 times and I am yet to even play a game on it. Is there something I am doing wrong? Or is it just the xbox being faulty?

    It's because the Series S/X are new gen. They require the xbox SSD. You are using an HDD. SSD's are way faster than an SSD, the series s is trying to run the 120fps and higher graphics. Thats why they are telling you to move the games. It wants you to play them on the internal SSD storage.

    Check if the version you bought is the Series X|S version. If it's not then that maybe the cause of your problems. You'll need to get Series X|S version.

    Xbox 360 profile won't download to my Xbox Series S

    Hi, my Xbox Series S is connected to WiFi but I will try directly connecting it to my router. My games were installed directly to the Xbox Series S but I just bought a external SSD drive 5 minutes ago to move everything so I can have more room and incase i needed to reset my Xbox. Let's see if those changes will help. Otherwise I have nothing else connected to my Xbox Series S. I have no mobile hotspot currently.
