Also be aware that when you have set up the two step verification you will need an app password instead of your account password.

If you did set it up, please check this link on how to set up a app password:
support.xbox.com/.../no-prompt-security-proof

If you didn't set that up, please supply a little more information on what exactly happens... like status or error codes etc

The level is probably from a linked account linked to your xbox sccount

All the progress will be with her account.

You wont be able to transfer the progress to your own sccount, you will have to start from the beginning.

Look at the bright side. You can enjoy the game all over again.
