    We're going to need a bit more information to help out with this. Please let us know what promotion you're referring to as well as the reward. That'll help us determine the next best steps. I need help with my rewards :)

    Hello Mauricio Naceta,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience. Currently, we see that you have a US Rewards Account. Since our system is reporting that you do not have a US Microsoft Payable Account, we cannot complete a deposit, since we cannot deposit USD into a Argentinian payable instrument,
    which is the only available payable instrument on your account. This is stated in our FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    Hello Belbe72,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since those Credits were placed as pending near the end of last month, they will be a part of the mid-month deposit.

    If not, there is no chance to get the points.

    If yes it could take longer than some hours, because they don't want to give away points and then someone is requesting a refund ... ^^
