my friend also just msged me having the same issue without downloading the console client so it might not have anything to do with that

When I fill out that, It forces me to put a email but i created a new account with the email that was hacked since the old account the details got changed (email and password). Adding on, i've been trying the follow up call from support for a few days and it tells me:

'We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'

"Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.
