Urgent Request – Account Locked Without Cause Despite Verified Ownership

To whom it may concern,

I am reaching out with urgency and frustration regarding the unjustified lock on my Microsoft/Xbox account, which has remained inaccessible since May 8th, 2025. I have followed all procedures and submitted complete proof of account ownership, yet no clear resolution has been given. It feels like decisions are being made without verifying the facts.

Case Summary:

My account was locked due to “suspicious activity” or “failed login attempts.”

I contacted Xbox Support by phone, where the agent:

Reviewed my case using my SIR number.

Sent a verification code to the email tied to the account.

Confirmed that I am the rightful owner and the account was not hacked.

Stated that there were some internal inconsistencies, but my account was not permanently banned or compromised.

Note: I am located in Colombia, and all the documents, screenshots, and videos I submitted in my ownership portfolio are in Spanish. This is because Spanish is my native language and all the original communications and system messages were in Spanish as well. I am willing to translate or clarify anything if needed.

I was instructed to create and submit a full ownership portfolio, which I did. This included:

A detailed timeline of the issue.
Screenshots of emails and support chats.
Videos showing the login process and errors.
Proof of the account being connected to my Xbox console, PC, and phone.
A photo of the verification code email sent by support during the phone call.

Despite submitting everything as requested, the situation hasn’t moved forward. The decisions being made directly contradict the confirmation I received during the support call, and I have not been given any explanation.

Based on your description, it is not possible to have 2 Xbox accounts linked to one email address. A Microsoft Xbox account can only be associated with 1 primary email address/alias. Your first Xbox account must have been associated with a different email address from the one you had with your second Xbox account.
