I need help with my home Xbox switches.

Hello. This is an issue I have with my home Xbox on my account. I was told by the regular support to team go on Reddit and get help. I had used my 5 switches going back and forth from different Xbox's and I know that there is one emergency switch. My Xbox either had some bug or glitch and activated the emergency switch and I never activated it myself. Is there anyone who can help me fix this because I share my stuff with my brothers account. This again was not fault and was some glitch or big issue. Please if any insider can help me fix this I would really appreciate it.
