Call Xbox Support and ask them. They should be able to give you more details, but it seems like maybe your account was accessed somewhere else, which is never good.

Investigations can take time, so suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. It could have taken days or even weeks ago.

It's rare that suspensions are overturned, but it can take a few days for the enforcement team to review it and respond.

First this post is almost a month old, If you need help it is suggested that you start your own post.

Second like stated by previous posts on this thread the ONLY people that handle enforcement actions are the enforcement team.

The ONLY way to contact them is through the case review process on their website enforcement.xbox.com

The ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then it was put on for is through the case review process on their website.
