Hello? I need help with my account! It has been hacked, and said hacker has been banning me from Xbox Live communications! I need to know what to do, I really don't want to make another account because I don't want to pay for more Xbox Live (I still have
about 2 years on my account), I have over 1400G, I don't want to lose any of my friends!

I want to be able to change my profile picture on xbox but it keeps saying I'm not old enough but I feel I am this is most likely because I put the wrong year in or something does anyone know any solutions to it

I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

If it isn't a Microsoft/Xbox account, then there isn't anything that can be done. Sorry

You need to be 18 I believe to use custom gamerpics. Once you set up your age, there’s no way to change it. You’ll need to wait or create a new account.
