I need help with my account privileges.

Hello, I need some help with my account privileges. Received a communication enforcement action24hrs involving the game "NBA 2k17". Action began at 4:46 PM 10/30/16 and the email said it will end at 4:46 PM 10/31/16. I admit I was talking some trash while
playing MyPark ( I let my anger get the best of me sometimes). So I looked backed at my actions, and I realized they were wrong. I honestly planned to change how I interacted in the xbox community, but I still have kept a GOOD Player rep so far with the 3
years I've been with Xbox One online services. I get on MyPark the next day at 5:03 PM 10/31/16, and I am able to play online for the rest of the day perfectly fine. I` wake up the next morning to play I receive the message " This feature is unavailable.
You do not have the required account privileges." I put in " Call Of Duty Black Ops 3" i receive the same message. Please keep in mind a temporary communication enforcement action shouldnt even effect my online playing capabilities. I am hoping this is just
not o overlooked and my account is stuck banned for a first time mistake in the 3 years I've been with xbox one.

Hello all need help when try to play my court on 2k16 NBA keeps saying something about account privilege

 

Removing parental control over a Gold Family member

Has anyone gotten a positive response for how to handle this? I am having the same problem. I would like to set up my wife's account with the same privileges I have, but it appears ALL secondary accounts have restricted privileges with no way to change
them. Help!

If you haven't already, I suggest checking out the Enforcement Website for information on your current suspension. It's possible that your account has additional Enforcement
action that is preventing you from accessing Xbox Live
