I need help with Microsoft Account!!

Ok, so I have this sub-account on xbox, and I recently added 10$ of microsoft points on the account. I wanted to purchase something with those points but it asked for your Microsoft account and password. I forgot my password for the account! I tried to change
it, but it asked for email and password, and I forget the password for the email!!! PLEASE HELP!

Need help with Microsoft accounts

Hello,

I recently got a new computer with windows ten and ran into a bit of a debacle. When I was younger, my father set up an Xbox live account for me under his Microsoft account. Fast forward to today, and his account still holds onto the Xbox live gamertag
that only I use. However I have my own Microsoft account that I use on my new computer and I can't use any of the Xbox app stuff without having to be logged into my dads Microsoft account.

All the information I've seen has been related to managing only one account, where I want to move information from one to the other. There's an option to do so on the 360 but when I attempted to do so it just told to visit the Xbox account support website.

Is there any way I can fix this or will I just have to take over my Dads Microsoft account?

Sorry, but there's not anything we can do for you in that situation. You should have an option to try resetting the password for the email, but unless you remember your passwords, there's nothing that can be done.

It may be possible to get access to this account again - it all depends if you can provide enough information to support. To regain access you need to call Xbox Live support. All being well, they should ask you a number of security questions to prove you
are the owner of the account.

Be aware that this is by no means a quick service. It may take up to 30 days.
