I need help with link my Xbox account to my Playstation 5 with emails and password

This is because Microsoft accounts are also used for Xbox services, and you need an Xbox profile to link your accounts. To create an Xbox profile, you can follow the instructions on the website below;

You can use the same email and password as your Microsoft account, or you can create a new one. Once you have created an Xbox profile, you can try signing in to PlayStation with your Microsoft account again.

Also, you will need to link your Xbox profile to PlayStation;

1. Go to the Settings menu on your PlayStation console.
2. Select Users and Accounts, then Account, then Sign in.
3. Enter your email address and password for your Microsoft account, then select Confirm.
4. If your PlayStation console has not already been activated as your Primary PlayStation console, you will be asked to activate it. Select Activate to proceed.
5. You will see a message that says “Your Microsoft account is now linked with your PlayStation Network account”. Select OK to finish.

You can also unlink your Microsoft account from your PlayStation account at any time by following these steps:

Go to the Settings menu on your PlayStation console.
Select Users and Accounts, then Account, then Sign in.
Select Unlink Your Account, then confirm your choice.

Could it be that in my PlayStation I have another email and password and in Microsoft account diferent email and password than the one I put when I installed my PS??

It's an EA login that I can't get past, playstation won't help me.

I made the email account so I could gameshare with my kids and lost the password, tried the lost password which didn't work, so can't get in to verify the email from EA.

To get in I need someone I sent an email too and a subject header to match the email address and that was 11 years ago so I don't have a clue who or even if I sent 1 from the email address.

I need EA to cancel this account so I can login with a new account I have, can't unlink because I need to verify it aswel so can't do anything until this account has been deleted and I can link it to my new account which I can get into the email address.

I have the same problem. But am on playstation 4. It cannot get past the email screen even when the email I put in is linked to an EA account. The EA account email is not the same as the email that my account with Playstation Plus is linked with. What can I do?

Thanks, but I don't think that would help me on the account that I don't know my XBL password, so moving my profile will likely cause me to completely lose access to my account (since, according to your links, I need my email/password to download my profile).
