I need help with getting my account unbanned

ok so my account got banned about 2 years ago because I let my friend go on my account and do something and what ever he did got my account banned within he next few days I just found out about the case review thing now and when I go to try and case review
it says I’m not eligible a bf I just really wanna go back to xbox But I don’t want to start all Over again i put years into into that account. Please help

Since the ban took place over 12 months ago it is no longer eligible for a case review. There is nothing else you can do.

To add to what Smwutches said even if the ban was eligible for a case review the ban likely wouldnt get removes anyway if your friend did something to cause the ban as you are responsible for your account at all times.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

https://enforcement.xbox.com as the Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only an Endorsement Team member can respond to suspensions they issue.
