    I need help with a gift card I used


    I used a 25.00 gift card to buy v bucks on fortnite but when I bought it it Said that the credit card was charged. So when I went to go check it showed that the gift card had been used. So thats what I'm confused about.

    Rewards Points to change Gamertag?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Rewards points can only be used to redeem gift cards through the Rewards program, not to be used to make purchases on Live. You would
    need to save up enough to redeem an Xbox gift card and then use the money from that gift card.

    It may have been a default message. You should be able to check your transaction and account balance at Sign in to your Microsoft account and it'll confirm which payment method was charged.

    Hello!

    How much in VBucks did you purchase? If the amount exceeded the gift card (don't forget sales tax), it would have charged the credit card after the gift card amount was used up.
