I need help with a download code for CoD Ghosts on Xbox One

Interesting... They are similar but there are differences and they are physical discs. I would be interested to see the backs of those cases. I guarantee they don't mention both versions. I don't see how anyone could read the back of my case and conclude
it was only for the 360 version.

I removed the first image since it shows the code, but based on the images, the code you used actually downloaded the correct item. Games that come in cases that labeled Xbox 360 Xbox One are the backwards compatible 360 version. It's not both versions
of the game or the Xbox One version of the game.

Sorry I assumed that a game case would actually contain a game rather than just a code. I have purchased a game before which had the disc and also contained codes for other items. I guess I would also assume that when you purchase something that is unopened
that it would be "new" as well. Does that mean that a case without a disc should be just called a "box"? Have you contacted Activision since they are the publisher of the game? You may have a hard time returning it, because the merchant can only take your
word that you didn't receive something that is only a piece of paper. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

Also make sure it does states that it is specifically for both versions not just that it works for both consoles. Typically if it is for more than 1 item, there would be multiple codes. Otherwise, if it's just for both through backwards compatibility,
then it would only have the 360 version.

I think probably he deleted it or a mod did because he was being super rude about his answer.

I've also examined every inch of it for any mention of it being time limited and have not found anything.
