I NEED HELP WHY MY XBOX CONSOLE IS BANNED?

hi there when i tried to sign in this morning and it says THIS CONSOLE IS BANNED FROM XBOX LIVE.i contacted Microsoft support and they said post my problem here and Ronaldo S said that i tried to cheat and bad language but i dont even have mic. im not the
only one who's using the console its my roomates( Ronaldo S said that i need to put it here that im not teh one who's using my console)

We're happy to help get you connected. Can you run a connection test on the console? Press Guide>Settings>System Settings>Network Settings. Then select your network & run the connection test. Where does the red X fall? We've got a guide that should be able
to work you through the connection.

If the guide doesn't work, let us know the results of your test & what you've tried. We'll also need to know what kind of console you have, is it the S console, E console or the older version?

What network band does your router use? N? G? Do you have that info? The band on the router will need to match the setting on the adapter.

Lastly, does a wired connection work? We'd like to test both a wired connection to the router & one to the modem directly. This will help us determine if the issue is with wireless or with the router and its settings.

Hopefully some of this info should help get you started in the right direction. Let us know how it goes & please post back with updates or questions.

Are there any other wireless networks nearby? Does your console see any of those? What kind of Xbox/wireless adapter do you have?

 

You've been given the incorrect information.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can do anything.

Console bans are not issued lightly & are permanent.

You can not appeal a console ban.

The only time they are not is if you are issued a 30 day temp console ban.

If your console is banned due to your roommates then I suggest you get them to buy you a new console.
