    I can't send any messages on my Xbox one and I don't know why.

    Every time I try to send a message from my Xbox one it says "Cannot send message", I tried to fix it by doing what it told me to do but it still won't work. Help?

    Why can't I send friend requests anymore

    For some reason, when I send friend requests, it says that Xbox LIVE "couldn't complete the process". When I restart my Xbox, the friend requests appear on my friends list, pending. But I still can't send any requests. When I cancel a request, it says it
    cannot complete process, and I have to restart my Xbox again.

    It only updates whenever I restart my Xbox. It won't work otherwise.

    Hi there, Do you have the Xbox app on ios or android ?

    If s try sending the message via the app and see if that helps you

    Is there a specific error code you receive when you try to send an Xbox Live message? If so, please be sure to post that up. In the meantime, try the fix on our
