I need help uplifting a suspension that I was never notified about.

hello hopefully this reaches some ambassador. I've talked for 40+ minutes with a customer service person and he was bod to enform me that I have an outstanding suspension on my account that I was never noticied of. Since I was never notified about this suspension
it came to me as a surprise but also I cannot submit a case review becuase I can't see the ban on the Xbox.enforcement website. It tell someone me that I am a free Mann but the customer service guy and my xbox tell me differently. I can't help help feel wronged
s because I was us pended with without any notification. Thanks please help.

still waiting getting extremely irritating

nothing is being done about the wrongfully issued suspension that i was never notified of and still can't see as active

Help wth account

account suspension up and still can't use my mic and chat, need help. Support shows another suspension but I can not see it or even have been notified of such. Please help with matter!

The enforcement team do not use the forums & ambassadors can't do anything,we do not work for Microsoft or the enforcement team.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account informing you of any enforcement action on your account or you can check on the enforcement site
here

Not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review.

If it is suspended because of payment option you must pay it before using your account again

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That would be the only way to have a suspension uplifted.

If you find that your suspension is no longer active try the following:

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now.
