I need help to renew my payment of my kids xbox ive

Why i can't update my payment? I had a new card and I try update it to xbox, but it doesnt work! What I do wrong?! Plz help me, my head is full of this *** :/ I have an automatic renew live membership, and when I trying to delete all my payment methods.
Xbox says that u need to delete this automatic renew, but how I do that?

I need assistance as I don't know what to do, Microsoft took my monthly payment but hasn't renewed my pay and suspended my Xbox live gold due to my payment being past due, please give suggestions how to fix

Hi, I've received three emails (24/06, 28/06 & 01/07) telling me xbox live is unable to charge my credit card for a gold subscription and I need to update my payment information to avoid interruptions or reactivate my account. I also have an email from 14/06
that explains renewal of my gold subscription was successfully renewed and expires 14/06/2015. I've checked my billing history and it shows a payment made for the same period. Can you please stop these emails saying I need to update my payment information?

help? I cannot sign in to my sons account on this website as it logs me into my parental account, when I try this on his Xbox it does not have the option to "turn off auto renewal" it says either buy another one under modify membership,under change payment
options I cannot take it off until it is changed TO ANOTHER payment option and redeem code is basically not needed in this situation.please help!

I canceled the auto renewal through my bank, though.

I'm certain of this because when you go to remove a payment option via your Xbox, it says that it is unable to remove because it is attached to an active membership.

I feel as if this is something I need to do contact my bank about.
