I need help to play online

* Hey Everyone, I cannot play online.

* I've got Gold, I can do everything else with it. * But when I go to play multi-player it won't let me.

* I have contacted Xbox but they say to open ports on my router.

* I have hard stopped it and unplugged it for a few minutes.

* I have removed my account and restored it.

* I have and still no success.

Any Ideas???

Hey What's up I need some help With the online achivements to this game ..but the problem is that you need the dlc to play the game online which i found out recently in which gamers which i try to play online with did not have the dlc ontents...If anybody
elese has the same problem and need the online achivments add me I have all the dlc to play online ..thanks

hi, I need help. To play online fifa17 gives me error 80151912 I can not play online says I can not connect to xboxlive.configure the connection.I have everything ok

What game(s) are you trying to play?

Is there an error code when you try to launch multiplayer?

Is your gold a full membership or trial?

What is your NAT? (go to settings>network to see your NAT)

Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Core) is required to play online.

As far as spending money on microsoft products, it is your life, and you are a gamer, just remember to get out and be alive from time to time as well

Thank you for your reply, I am on Xbox One S and never ever had any issues with it until now.

When I select YouTube, the logo appears on screen and the loading circle spins but nothing else, games do not load online either, sometimes I get a code 8015190B.

I have tried restarting the system, resetting the system with the power button, uninstall/reinstall YouTube, none of this has worked.

Everything appears to be updated, Xbox live status is good and wifi connection is good and strong when i do tests.

I need help to play online
