Hello! I am MissSnowcat16. I am a xbox console user. I use the xbox one but I have a problem that is ruining me and my life. I somehow accidentally created a xbox account but a can't remeber how and my real name that shows up on it is so unusual that I'm
not sure if I can even remember making that account. PLEASE HELP ME. I do not want my account! The main problem is that When I sign into a game, it comes up with when it should come up with MissSnowcat2007. Microsoft, maybe add a "select the
account you would like to use for this game" feature? Or just write back. I want to know how to delete an account FOREVER and PERMANENTLYnot just the profile on the xbox. I cry so much as this make me very angry. This problem is making me rip myself apart
in frustration. When I tried to play Rayman origins on my xbox one (this disc was for xbox 360 but compatible) I put in my xbox email and password and then it came up with this stupid account: . Then a message came up and said: "Sign into this
account from the home screen". This account IS NOT on my home screen. I was like "WTF". Microsoft please help me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE OH FRICK PLEASE

If you can, please go back and edit your post to remove your personal info "email address" from your last post.

Each account will have it's own unique sign in email address and gamer tag.

The "pillow" gamer tag is tied to that email address.

Your other gamer tag "snowcat" is going to be tied to another email address. So that's going to be the trick is to see if you can find what email address you might have used for the "snowcat" account.
