I need help there was an error with me ordering a game

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below then check again.

I'm not sure there is an exact department to help with missing gamescore.

I can not use the page that they are giving me it marks an error and does not load

I was told they can't help me and I need to contact EA or respawn in order to get the in game currency
