Discus and support I need help there was an error with me ordering a game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I pre ordered a game it charged my card but the game won’t show up in by queue.     I need help there was an error with me ordering a game


    I pre ordered a game it charged my card but the game won’t show up in by queue. It also says I still need to but the game but the icon in the shop says “ owned” but when I click on the game in the store it is telling me I have to buy it.

    We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

    "Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

    Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below then check again.

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​"

    that does not help me with what I'm asking I need a report to be raised in order to have a review by game score
    I'm not sure there is an exact department to help with missing gamescore.

    I can not use the page that they are giving me it marks an error and does not load
