Be aware that Paladins is available only for XBOX on the Microsoft store, so you will find it in the ready to install section of the xbox (if you have one and want to play the game on it). If you want the game on PC, you'll have to get it from STEAM.

it could be possible that you need to verify your account. check your emails inbox/junk/spam sometimes mail gets lost also check here and make sure everything's ok
