    someone plz help, I go to some game I'm about to buy and when I'm about to buy it it say that I'm under a child settings like I'm not allowed to buy things so it said go to your family. I went to my family and some guy is underneath it I try deleting his
    account but it's said I can't change his account so now I can't change my settings my privacy and online and content and I'm so and Plz come with solutions.

    I want to create family account for him, but don't know how to transfer his game's progress and achievments (e.g. FIFA 18) from my account to him.

    Hi, my issue is that I have been assigned to a family with someone I don't know, so it's impossible to get removed from the family. I must be a child account since I can't access any multiplayer games or remove myself from the family.

    Hmm that is quite weird since they would need you to sign in in order to add you to a family.

    Is your account a child account?

    This is a problem with the family account. I have the same problem. My account is an adult account, but since I came in under the Family Plan, Live thinks my account is a child account. I unfortunately don't know a solution that will work. In the old forums
    there was a poster that listed all the solutions that Support gave him, and while he was able to get his account corrected, he couldn't get the other account on the family account back to it's original adult setting. You're going to have to call Support and
    hope you get someone that knows what's going on and can help you.

    I had that message when i removed my kid from family gold pack and from family on xboxlive.com. After a few hours, deleting profile and recovering, rebooting modem/router... come to find out we just needed to enter the original email (his mothers) that
    he was signed up under when he first got his gamertag/account. Everything worked fine then.
