I need help someone hacked my account

So today i logged and said my account was locked i did what it said. It says there was suspucious activity so then i go to my settings and apparently some stuff has been changed how do i get the hacker off my account.

I would recommend you change your password and if you have used the same password for other services or websites, to change those too.

My bet is You have been caught and reset , you weren't hacked

Under text and voice and then text message or voice message depending on how he sent the threat.
