I need help signing into my desired account on Xbox.com

Please can you tell me how you have done this?

I am thinking you have linked the accounts using the alias feature. If this is the case, when you link accounts makes your old Xbox account loose access to your email address. Each Xbox account has one Microsoft account connected to it. So, what looks to have happened is that your main account has lost the email address accosted with it,

Even if you unlink the account, the chances are the Xbox account will not re-link back to your original Microsoft account.

Sign in on Xbox.com with your desired profile's Gamertag. Note: Your Microsoft Password is needed to do so and don't get this confused with Xbox PIN or anything. Have a parent also sign in their account on xbox.com to verify an account will be created (if
you're not an adult.) And there, you should have it merged.

Connect accounts with the same email address? I'd try it

again, to use the same profile name as the online gt you use on your xbox you must sign into xbox.com with the msa email attached to the desired profile name as the console. if you sign into xbox.com with a msa email that is not on the profile you use on
the console it will not sign you into that profile on xbox.com.....

again, i just think this is an issue of user error.

follow the instructions here to find the email that was used with Turnkeyscarab17.

Then sign in into that account on https://account.microsoft.com and add your desired email to that account as a sign in alias, and make it the Primary sign in email.

After a powercycle (shutting console off and unplugging for ~30 seconds then plugging back in) not working, but upon signing in to xbox.com and getting a message to verify my security information, I was able to sign in.
