I need help reporting a cheater without using the xbox menu

There is a player named SHAWSA on xbox live player Ghost recon Wildlands who is using a glitch to win in the pvp. he glitches out of the map so nobody can get to him always resulting in a draw. He did this every time he was the last surviving member of his
team. So either his team would win the round or he would abuse the glitch to render the result of the round a draw.

Normally my friends and i would report such individuals, however for some reason we are unable to see his gamertag in our recents players list. His gametag is SHAWSA all caps followed by three number digits that we are unable to remember. but as i said before,
we cannot look up his gamertag due to him not appearing in our recent players list.

I wouldn't care if you accused me of something, and when I called to report a cheater after using the console failed to do anything several times they were actually banned. Lame rule, but I guess the site has every prerogative to have it. I was told on the
phone from Microsoft last time that there was a thread on here dedicated to reporting members and they specifically told me to post their gamertag. You might want to get the mix-up sorted out.

 

Record it if possible using the Xbox DVR.

Upload it to One Drive, then download it to a computer and send it to the developers forums as well.

This may result in the toxic player being banned from the game.

 

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

Reporting via your console is the only way to report someone.

If this person is not on your recent players list you should be able to go to their profile via the in game menu & report them from there.
