    I Need Help Refunding A Game


    So, my internet is slow and I made the mistake of purchasing the digital version instead of the disk version at Walmart or some other place. I may sound like a baby that I can't wait a week, but I don't buy games just to stare at them download for a week.
    I'm probably asking for a lot but I would love nothing more than to get a refund for it. I know I haven't played it on my account yet, but I will if I get the disk version. If I can't then I guess I'm waiting a week. I don't know if it helps but the game is
    "The Hunter: Call of the Wild"

    The limit is to prevent system abuse, but if you are positive you didn't asked for other refunds, the best course of action is to contact support.

    You can try asking for a refund again via this form:

    I also recommend you contact Microsoft Store Support via webchat.

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Agent"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

    Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.
