Account Recovery page in an effort to recover your account. If you are able to provide the necessary information to recover your account, the account will transfer to a new e-mail that you will need to provide.

Thanks for the update. Having the e-mail to your Microsoft account is crucial to recovering it, without it, our

Microsoft Account Recovery form has no reference to an account to even attempt recovery.

I recommend attempting to sign into Microsoft using any e-mail address you've had in the past and attempt to recover it if you are unable to sign in successfully.

The process for recovering lost accounts can be found on the Reset or recover your Microsoft account password.

Often, the best way to get in touch with Xbox Support
is though the website however you would need to be signed into an Xbox account.
