I need help recovering my password with two step authenticator

Discus and support I need help recovering my password with two step authenticator in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My other Microsoft account had suspicion activity so Microsoft locked my account and required a PW reset. My other Microsoft account had suspicion activity so Microsoft locked my account and required a PW reset. However, my old pw was not accepted creating the new PW. And using 'Forgot PW' feature requires two step authentication one of which is the authenticator app. I do not have this account set up in the auth app and in order to do so, I need to login with my PW.

I have been stuck in this circle for days now trying to get help on-line and over the phone. The phone would actually just hang up on me now. Very annoying. Please help.
