I need help recovering dlc

Okay I need some help. I have my friends profile set to home Xbox so I can play the division I had bought dlc for it though and so one day I get on and I can't get into the underground so I go to check my games and apps and go to manage game to see that
I have no dlc installed there is nothing on ready to install so I get a bit confused so I go to the store and see that it tells me I haven't purchased it. This is a bit annoying and if anyone could help me that would be awesome

First you need to check your purchase and make sure you are bought the DLC with that account.

Make sure you go to store with the account that made purchased active login.

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

The DLC license is linked to the account where they’re purchased which means that we need to recover the account or if it’s already deleted we may need to re-purchase the DLCs.

Well it's possible the hard drive is wrecked,sometimes they aren't exactly great.Can u get anything else on it?Also do you mean recover?If you are downloading it try recovering it to the hardrive you might have

Going by what was said in the other thread the games on demand version of SSFIV didn't get the patch boxed copy owners got yesterday prepping the game for AE. Hence you'll have to wait for that to appear before moving forward.
