    I need help now.


    So here's the deal. For the past few days my Xbox has been messing up, at first everytime i went to start a game it would not start and say please sign into the account used to purchase this game. Well I am on that account. So i contact the Xbox support
    through Twitter and they were really good, and I followed everything they told me to do up to completely resetting my Xbox. Well now all my games and all my apps say Just getting your game ready and they dont start

    None of their people are on duty now. Check the start page, I don't have the times memorized, but they are an 8 to 5 operation, I believe. You probably should call the tech support number. Good luck.

    i need help now

    it wont let me play on servers in mcpe it says exactly, "you cannot play online multiplayer through xbox live because how your account is set up. this can be changed in your privacy and online safty settings on xbox.com" but i am confused on what is saying
    i looked everywhere in my settings and i just dont know i need help plz

    With all the stuff to do with the servers that is going on now I suggest waiting a while. You must understand how much activity they are getting. The game only came out early morning. I suggest you try to wait, if the problem persists try to search up some
    tweets to help you recognize the problem.

    The only option you would have is to create a new XboxLive account. You cannot change the age associated with the XboxLive account..
