i need help my xbox rewards program account will not give me points whats so ever

okay so i need help with my xbox live rewards program account, now ive had this account since i had my xbox 360 since 2014 and i recently bought an xbox one and still to this day i cant get any points no matter how much xbox i play. it records my gamer points
and its the same amount i have, everything is right but i cant get no points please help

Xbox live rewards point not received on my player account !

I haven't received rewards points on my player account since july : 460 points waiting on the rewards program, but not transfered on my xbox !!!

The xbox live rewards seem a big mistake !!! No one to help me ?!

Your account appears to have a problem

Been trying to get my rewards for about 2 years approximately. Your account appears to have a problem:.... please support people, give it some attention. Before 2 Years it worked perfect - everytime if i have 5000 Rewardpoints i got it as account credit
on my MS-Account. I don't know what there is wrong with my Account. Please Help me - I got now over 25000 Reward Points - and for what ?? - I think microsoft has no need to withhold these award points. So I hope that this will lead slowly in a way to be happy
about the reward program.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are
generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
We only track and Reward for activity made since your enrollment in the program.

what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.
