    I need help loading system files to my Xbox360 with no hard drive..


    i have a Xbox 360 without a hard drive... It won't recognize my flash drives except for storage... It won't load the system files needed to use internet explorer.. or Netflix.. the message that appears reads to download the app again ... This is as far as
    I can go ... When I download the app again it appears to download to the flash drive but when I click on the app. The same message appears (download the app again) how do I get the Xbox360 to recognize the flash drive and load system files.. ??????

    I have the new Xbox360. I joined Gamefly so I can play the old Xbox games. I got Max Payne today. I can't play it on the new system. I get this message, "You need to attach an Xbox360 Hard Drive to play original Xbox games. What??? My system is 3Gb with
    an additional 6Gb of flash drive. What am I missing?

    Lost data from HDD

    Hey all,

    Ive got the following issue and I hope someone can help me.

    I always used an external hard drive to save my game files on. A few months ago I noticed the external hard drive was failing and I made a backup of it on my laptop.

    I copied the hidden "Xbox360" folder to my notebook. This folder has 18 data files in it.

    I few weeks later the external hard drive broke and was unusable. Today I got a new external hard drive and I copied the Xbox360 folder back on it. Only the X-box isn't recognizing the folder.

    Does anyone know what I can do to get my save files back?

    My skyrim is slowly getting more unplayable

    Truth Xbox360 consoles have an unknown issue were the system starts going crazy after a save files get over 20 megabytes auto saves and hard saves as well.

    -

    Swapping drives wont work either and as far as I know the newer drives have a faster write speed and less problems. I would advise mot taking apart an Xbox Harddrive due to warranty issues.

    Disc drives I would not run Skyrim from the disc drive at all, install if you can saves on your system life and make the game load faster.

    -

    Also note that as newer patches are released that current saves my become unplayable and you will unfortunately need to start over. Sad thing I know.

    Fifa 12 problem...

    Select your Hard Drive, select Games and apps, select Fifa12. Look for a UGC data file there. If you are able to locate it then delete it.

    Also as Galakra said - clear the system cache.

    You might need to also try accessing the Hard Drive through the game itself. (My fifa 12 - save/load/delete - delete - hard Drive - UGC).

    For the GTA delete the file in system then memory hard drive gta san and dreas then delete then load gta.

    USB Sticks/ Hard Drives compatible

    If the game says it requires a hard drive, then it needs an Xbox hard drive. Some games require the hard drive due to system files on the drive.

    Cannot install disk 2 of Fallout 3 due to my 360 4B, but I have a 32GB thumb drive......

    If it says it needs a hard drive, then it needs an actual Xbox hard drive and not a flash drive. It wouldn't be a space issue, but something to do with the system files.
