I need help linking to ea play

On PC, you need to sign in on the EA Desktop App using the EA Account that is linked to your account, if you no longer have access to the EA Account you may need to reach out to EA for options such as recovering or unlinking it.

EA's support site states that EA will send you a password reset link to your email address. There is no mention that you need to verify by phone in order to reset your EA account password. If you no longer have access to that email, then you will need to
fill out an account recovery form with EA.

Please review EA's support guide when you can't log in and need your password reset: I can't log in to my EA Account. The forms and reset
link is found on that support article. If you need more assistance, you will need to contact EA directly by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the support article I provided.

As mentioned earlier, nobody on the forums can send a reset link for your EA account. You will need to follow the instructions on the guide provided and contact EA support if you still need help with your EA account.

purchasing ea play on pc is through ea app or via steam, if you have ultimate gamepass on xbox then you get access to ea play on the ea app on pc if the accounts are linked.

if you only have ea play on xbox then you need a separate sub for ea play with the ea app or steam.

You need to install EA Play and link it with Xbox to get EA titles. The same goes with Ubisoft. They manage all their PC titles themselves
