i need help it won't let me send messages and I don't know how to fix it!!!

I keep getting the same problems and don't know how to fix it. It keeps sending me to the lobby instead of being able to utilize my power ups. It also won't let me choose power balls unless I reconnect to the server for each game???

What is the error message you see when you try to send a message on the console? Does it say anything about past behaviour?

getting in contact with their support to see if there's any troubleshooting they may have specified for this issue.
