I need help installing Red Dead Redemption 2

I am encountering the message "instillation stopped" when trying to install red dead redemption 2 on my xbox series x

I own the game

I have tried a hard reset by removing the power cable for at least five minutes before plugging in again.

I have deleted and re-added my user profile.

None of these options are working.

I bought the game as a digital copy and downloaded it from the Microsoft store when the game was on game pass.

The xbox is not letting me take a screenshot of the manage queue screen because it is not a game.

Please advise.
