I need help installing a game

I'm unable to install a specific game (Ori and the Will of the Wisps) on the Microsoft store using the Xbox Gamepass. For some reason this game will not install because of a error that says "Check your Internet connection."
and "We couldn't connect you to the service." (Code: 0x800704C6). I thought at first my internet was acting up or something but apparently not because I could update other things, a little got downloaded before the error started coming up and thought something
was corrupted in the download, so I tried looking for game files (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Patagonia_1.0.5257.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe) and found out it was empty.

I tried reinstalling the Xbox beta app and the Xbox companion app then restarted my computer to reinstall both xbox apps, they didn't do anything. I tried following the "Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10" but none worked
out for me, including the powershell method. I've looked for more solutions but none have worked so far. I tried resuming another game that was a quarter through it's download, the error popped up again. I tried to test if this is only happening to games I've
already tried installing and not to games that I've downloaded for the first time, so I clicked on a random game and started to install it. It started installing correctly without the error popping up.

Im not sure what to do now and help would be appreciated!

Before updating your system to windows 11 was it compatible, or did you use that method where Microsoft taught you to update even if it is not compatible?

Sorry about that issue , this may be caused by corruption in system files. Therefore, we recommend using the System
File Checker (SFC) tool. This tool scans and repairs corrupted system files on your computer. If running an SFC scan doesn't resolve the issue, you can use the Deployment
Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool to perform repair operations on the system files.

Hi, Can you give us more info, like what game you need help installing, what issue you are having etc, etc?

I've fixed this problem by using a VPN to download the game, I have no idea why this works but it does the job.

I've tried both of these scans and they haven't fixed my problem, the scans both say that there aren't any integrity violations.
