I need help information about my forced gamertag and details as I am highly disappointed

I recently paid $10.59 to change my gamertag to and then 3-4 weeks later i get a forced Gamertag for some odd reasons? i been using the gamertag for both xbox and PS4 and never ever had issues until recently. Im highly disappointed due to the fact that i
paid to change my gamertag and now they forced changed it after i spent money to do so myself. My gamertag is not offensive either thats why i am confused

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was changed and to submit a case review.

 

A forced name change happens as a result of your gamertag being reported to be offensive by the community. It could have been subtly (or not-so-subtly) been referencing something inappropriate, other players submit reports, and XBLPET makes the final decision
on enacting a forced name change.

Paid gamertag changes are pretty much a one-way deal, and the new gamertag is still subject to Microsoft's Code of Conduct as any other.

What, dare I ask, was the old gamertag?
