  3. Worry about getting banned due to profile getting hacked?

Okay one of my friends sent me a message for free xbl and I believed it, this all happened a couple

Months back and like a minute after I realized what I did I changed my password. A couple days

Ago my friends all said I sent them a free xbl message my friend who didn't even use the website sent

Me the same message. Is my account a messenger infecting others or are they going to steal my account?

My parents credit card give me xbl will the hackers be able to take their info and steal money? I'm scared..

    Hello,

First if you think someone is trying to steal your account make sure your password is secure. Second turn on two step verification. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12408

After that if you do think someone is sending out Phishing emails I suggest contacting Chat support directly and reporting it. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Next NO Official email from MS will ask you for a password directly in the email, chat.

Finely the image you posted is not showing up.
