i need help i dont see no picture on my cd on my xbox one

My xbox live gamer picture wont update. It shows up for me as the new one i put. But my friends see my gamer picture as my old one. Any suggestions or help?

I dont see why people want me to install the game to my xbox my problem is not the game its the cd tray by installing the game to my xbox still requires the disc to be in the try in order to play the game so there is no point in doing that i would love some
help other then that installing it.

I actually bought game with Cd . and played via cd. and finished it ,

then later i bought DLC via Microsoft store that in my xbox (the same consule that i played by CD) there was zero previouıs data that neccesary to play DLC's

But still can see my achievements and levels in Game history. but can not see my save games and Levels that need to be play DLC'S

my xbox console made some scratch to disc and i can't play call of duty ghosts anymore, i bought it 2. january 2015 should i go to store where i get it to ask refund or i can get non cd pack here to keep playing the game. or i need to buy it again for 69€
from xbox live store (then i dont need to be scare that my console brake cd again?

If you play CDs on xbox one does the app show the album title, picture of the album art, song title etc.

I'm trying to workout if it's a problem with the app or my xbox one. Cheers
