    Three weeks ago I got suspended for 2 weeks from talking, messaging, and playing ,multiplayer. 2 weeks after the suspension my suspension was supposed to be over buy i still couldn't communicate or nothing. I contacted Xbox support via chat and phone call
    they asked if my Xbox app on my PC was functional and it was i could message and talk to people through the Xbox app on PC but i couldn't do anything on Xbox. They stated that my console was "probably" Banned. So I decided to tell my friend to sign into my
    account on his Xbox and he was fine he could do everything like if he wasn't banned so my account should not be the problem. But here's whats confusing me my Xbox one does not say its banned i can still sign into my profiles i just cant talk, message, or play
    on Xbox Live with them and usually when your console gets banned its state's that your console has been banned and it would not let you sign into your account. So I don't know if my console is banned or is my Xbox glitched and i don't know how to fix this.
    I've tried resetting my router, power recycling my Xbox, Hard resetting my Xbox, testing my Xbox live and multiplayer connection, deleting all my accounts of the Xbox and reinstalling them, and even reset the Xbox completely and I still can't do anything.
    I've ran out of options and I don't know what to do. I was afraid that Microsoft could ban my IP from Xbox Live but that is not a possibility with Microsoft. If anyone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it please let me know I would hate having
    to buy a new Xbox for a reason i don't know. My suspension wasn't anything big it was just for my gamer picture if anyone is wondering. I will be checking this post daily its almost been a week since i was supposed to get unbanned but now these problems have
