I need help getting to games that I have claimed from xbox live gold

From what I believe went you no longer have xbox live gold, you can no longer play the games you got free with it. Exceptions are the backward compatible games. Those i believe you should be able to play.

Xbox One Games with Gold games require a Gold subscription to keep playing them for free. So if you're subscription has run out, it won't give you the option to redownload them or play them for free. If you get Gold again or just buy the games, they will.

If your Xbox Live Gold subscription has passed, then you no longer have access to the Xbox One titles that you 'redeemed' as part of Games with Gold. The Xbox 360 titles should still be yours to keep though. But the Xbox One games were effectively rented
for the duration of your Xbox Live Gold membership. I think you should be able to regain access to those titles if/when you renew a Gold member or get Game Pass Ultimate.

No I have a card on file. I have been downloading Games with Gold for years. I have tried from my console and from the website but i get the same message. I need help to claim this game. Thanks

Xbox Live Gold is the paid subscription for the overall service of Xbox Live. Since you need Xbox Live Gold to play online and access the deals and Free Games with Gold you get every month, "Gold" and "Live" are generally used synonymously. Whatever Free
Game with Gold you downloaded when you first put in the free trial should still be playable with your active paid subscription granted you first claimed the game on the same account you started the trial to the one you are using now to play the games with
the active Gold subscription. Any free game you claimed with the Gold subscription can only be played with an active Gold subscription.

Forza Horizon 4 is a game you get with an active Xbox Game Pass subscription and not an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Forza Horizon 4 was never available as a Free Game with Gold. King's Quest is a free game in general and has always been listed as free so
anyone can get this game for free if they have an Xbox One console with or without an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Xbox Live Gold basically gives you 3 main things. Multiplayer and chat capabilities with friends or other players over the internet, Deals with Gold, and Free Games with Gold.
