I need help from the enforcement team on my ban.

So I got banned about 4 years ago, since then I have been using a different account, and a different Xbox since I got a console ban as well. However I recently noticed that there is a new way to resolve bans, a feature that wasn't around when I was banned.
Sadly to file a case review the ban needed to be enacted in the past 12 months to be eligible for case review, which mine was obviously not. Can someone from the enforcement team or from the community please help me with this?

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

The enforcement team no longer use the forums. At the time that you were banned, you could have posted on the suspension forums and the enforcement team would have done the same thing. Since the ban took place 4 years ago, there is nothing that can be done.

But the person that reported us contacted the support team? And before i received a ban from the enforcement i also got in contact with the support team explaining my situation to prevent getting a ban from the enforcement team

Changing the color of your Xbox avatars skin is not something you can be banned for. He would have had to have done something more in line with this

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-console-ban, as far as unbanning his account neither I nor any other Ambassador can do this and I do not believe that the Enforcement Team really comes around here...

But I will be honest when I tell you it wont likely get changed. As pointed out, using a mod to change the color beyond the limited console selections is a bannable offense, and bans like this don't get reversed. Your son may have to start fresh.

@HoAx1993 - It depends on how the avatar's skin was changed. It's not bannable if you change it to one of the colors available, but there are ways to mod the avatar's skin to unavailable colors which is against the terms of service.
