Microsoft does not provide details about bans. (which is bullcrap because before they sent me a message on why but now Nope! No Info on why! NO Nothing! I've paid at least 1000 dollars worth of games and consoles and you think you can say oh sorry sir you
put the f word in your bio. Well for your information my freaking friend is the one who put the f word in my bio i went out to get a monster up town at the gas station and he was playing and u say im banned for his doing well what the heck!?!?!!!??!???!!??!??!
im usually really cool but im so freaking angry cause im 13 ya ill say it woopdey dooo and i spent more than 1000 dollars o stuff for this and it all be taken away it was money i earned!!!! Doing real work LIke a REAL FREAKING MAN NOT SITTING ON MU BUTT ALL

Help Please

I have been banned from halo reach for no reason, can anyone help me? A person on our family membership Xbox live was banned which banned everyone on the family account. their ban has been lifted but ours is still stuck on banned. Why is this and how can
it be fixed. Its not fair that we cant earn our points when we did nothing but have a family pack with the person. Help? The ban was on not being able to earn credits. The original person who was banned ban has been lifted but mine and RYDAS17 hasn't been
lifted? Ive contacted Halo customer cite and they redirected me to you guys?

 

Need enforcement help on permissions not working correctly

About a month ago,I had an enforcement ban but like 2 weeks ago I was supposed to get unbanned,suspension lifted on xx day, and i contacted support and was informed that the dates are in error on the MSA. My suspension was lifted
but the permissions have not been revised and I urgently need help.

Doesn't matter if your friend did it, the physical security of your profile is your responsibility. The ban will end at the same time of day that it was imposed, so if it was put on at the end of the day it'll go off at the end of the day.
