    I just Need to reset my homexbox and i subscribe for Xbox Live it appears that i need to Subscribe again so i can play For Multiplayer games/Online Games

    Hi

    You are limited to five home console changes in a rolling twelve month period if you require any more you will need to
    contact Xbox Support directly and if you can provide a satisfactory reason they may allow an additional home console change.

    As for the Xbox Live Gold membership the profile that purchased the membership will still have access to Gold privileges until the membership expires, Please note if you receive an enforcement action you may lose access to some or
    all of your Gold privileges for the period of the enforcement action.

    you can indeed, all ou have to do is log into the account that puchased the dlc to the other console go to settings>personalization>myhomexbox and click make my home xbox. be sure to on your friends console (if you buy it)

    Sadly in your case account recovery form is not going to work due to is not compatible with two steps verification accounts.
