i need help for reset my account password but forgot

i have two account , one is local hong hong use , i need fix is japanses account , i forgot the password and try use sub email to see the password but not success, because local and japanses account are same sub email . when i access , only can reset
my local account ,cant reset my japanese account , need reset password at japanese account. Local account name is ,japanese is leongboyjp .my email is [Personal info removed] - Do not post personal info on the forums. L:

Im trying to connect to xbox live but I have to accept the terms of use and my parental account needs a password, but the problem is i forgot the password and my account for the password is no longer active so I cant reset it by sending it to my old account.
Im trying to reset it by sending it to my new parental account some please help me!

I am trying to reset my password for a account i forgot the password to, But i forgot my emails password so I do the security question's. Everytime I submit it, it send me the reset link and basically asks me the security questions all over again. Help please!!
Been a year and that account has all the games i had.

 

Hello there it is best to not include private / personal info here such as email addresses etc . Any account help can only be provided by the contact us telephone number as they have access to your personal details - no-one else can help.

If you need the number just ask with which country you need.
