I need help for my account

Hi, for a few hours i'm having a problem with my xbox live subscription for 3 months.

The problem is: I do not have access to online services even if the subscription is still valid.

I would like to know if someone can help me with this or if someone else happens to tell me how to solve it i would appreciate it.

I need help with my account

I want to be able to change my profile picture on xbox but it keeps saying I'm not old enough but I feel I am this is most likely because I put the wrong year in or something does anyone know any solutions to it

Hey zXDarkGhostXz,

Have you just renewed the Membership or did this occur just during an active Membership?

If you check here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ , is the Membershib showing up there as active and not as past due or anything?

If its showing there as active, try the following to see if there´s any Change in your situtation:

- Remove and readd your Profile to the console but make sure you know your Email / Password combination before removing your Profile!:

Go to Settings->All Settings->Account->Remove Account and remove your profile from the Console. After that press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off completely. Unplug the powerbrick from both sides for 30 seconds. Replug
and Restart. Redownload your profile. (Press the Xbox Button on the Controller, go up in the left menu bar, select "Manage & Add") Try again.

I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

If it isn't a Microsoft/Xbox account, then there isn't anything that can be done. Sorry

You need to be 18 I believe to use custom gamerpics. Once you set up your age, there’s no way to change it. You’ll need to wait or create a new account.
