I never recieved the code for play Gears of war saga and I have the gears of war ultimate, anyway I bought Gears of war 4 and its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war
3, please I need help asap

CODE ERROR

3 days ago i bought gears of war 4, and it includes 4 codes to get gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgment, but when i use the codes for gears of war 1 and gears 3 an error message appears, and i`d contact the xbox support but they told me that i need to contact
this page. And here i am, i really need help with this, because i love gears of war

 

my problem is that I have not been given my beta rewards
