I need help fixing this problem
every time I go to settings and try to connect my Xbox to my WiFi by going to the network settings before I can get into the network settings it shows a error and the words something went wrong I’ve tried hard resets,restarting it about everything exept
a factory reset and it still isnt letting me access the network settings can someone’s help me

Need Help with problem i cna find to fix.

So my profile seems to be having a few problems so I try deleting it and reinstalling it but when I tried reinstalling it it says sorry Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later. And then the error code is 0 literally just
a 0.

What did you mean by you still have the game ownership on your Xbox Series S? Did you mean by ownership as currently installed on your Series S?

Please be informed that the license of game from a disc is stored in the disc itself. It's required that you insert the disc to be able to play the game. Since you're on Series S, it's not possible to use the license from a disc. You would need to purchase the game digitally to link its license directly to your account.

I see. Unfortunately, game disc can't be used on your console. It cannot be transferred digitally to your account. You must purchase the game digitally in order to play it.

Next time this happens try redownloading your profile through the 360 emulator by following these steps:

1. Load any 360 game.

2. Hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on controller) at same time. This will bring up the 360 guide.

3. Should have a choice of download profile click on it.

4. Enter email and password this will download your profile again to the 360 emulator on the one.

If it is still giving you a problem you may have to hit the Y button to sign in
